I had to quit when I was 17 due to moving in 2005. I was working at another job 10 minutes from my house for two years making less pay and triple the work. Decided to make the 45 minute drive there and back and it paid off. I'm the new manager. And to celebrate, I wrote this free style. Simone is my general manager she's never doubted me and always had my back. the girl im replacing argues with customers, confronts them to there face, yells at employees inf ront of everyone, acts like she's cool with you than talks shit behind ur back, will do anything to make u look bad and her look good, so Karamas a Bitch =). as Obama Says, "Change" and it's coming I done did it was gonna hit it and quit it say fuck it all let myself fall but I stuck threw it thick and thin and in the end I win I'm now an official boss as cool as Rick Ross i'll lend a hand or two i'll tell you what to do but i'll never screw with you I'll do my part I know I aint that smart but I'll do my job not act like a slob making money is what i'mma do and than one day mayb i'll rise to the top until than I aint never gonna stop cuz finally my dream has come true and I owe this all to you Simone you've always had my back I love you like a second mother and I hope to go further in my life one day i'll find my wife i'm gonna fight till my very last breath and make this opportunity the best it can be and for all that don't know me the name is Brian William Hood and I' am finally a manager and I say it proudly Thank you all for never doubting me and I hope to make you proud I'm gonna make another version of it because the girl i'm replacing is an alchoholic two faced manipulative son of a bitch, but right now i'm thinking positive and I'm glad I won't have to deal with her no more. all she cares bout is giving her boyfriend free food, who has no job, smokes pot, and plays video games, doesn't pay rent or nothing and she gets shit faced every weekend. she's only 19 years old. Yes sir, $1.50 more so i'm right under $10 an hour and yes I care for the customers as a 2nd family growing up I had no ones respect, no one remembering my name, no one showing me anything. Here is the poem I wrote and I've handed out 25 copies out of 50+ and they are trying to get me publicity and I told them i'm not doing it for that purpose but they are just trying to pay the favor back. never in the history of a restauraunt can u come in, be treated like a 2nd family, recognized, and have a poem written all about you. your like a second family you'll never leave my memory or my heart we will never be apart you listen to what I have to say and make me have a better day the words of wisdom that you provide makes me think everythings going to be ok I know one day we our all going to die but that's no reason to sit and cry I'am blessed to have these people in my life mayb one day you can meet my wife if I ever find her I know one day i'll see you all in the after life but I hope that day stays far away because I want to enjoy the times that we have It's crazy how I got this group of people who actually remember my name and don't look at me like i'm insane respect me for who i'am and how I act I look down upon myself and say I don't deserve you but I never let it show I just smile and act like everythings ok because in the end they our all friends I've come to know I want to thank you all for the respect you've given me I know that my job sucks but I stay here for all of you I get in trouble more than I like to admit and some days I just feel like I wanna quit but than I remember all the people who I've met and the friendships that have been made and so I keep going through thick and thin I stay standing tall I cannot fall to all who have taken the time to get to know me and have me be apart of your life I just want to say thank you it means more than youll ever know Quote Fear The Quack!
