BassAddict32 Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 i'm going to get a 01' tahoe. there is going to be 4 15" diamond audio D3's, 1 Kicker ZX2500.1, a box (not sure what size yet) tuned to 29HZ, 14 Diamond audio mids, and 16 diamond audio highs. i'll also be getting a 300 amp alt to put in. should i be getting anything else or change anything on my plans? ohhh, and dynamat is a must. 1994 Ford F150 reg cab 2 HFX 12's Audiopipe APSM-1300

The set up your talking about would sound great in my Tahoe. Trade you my dog for it. He has one eye but that only makes for bad depth perception so hey so what if he is running into shit, look at it this way he is easy to sneak up ninja style on. (right side only)</div>

dmanson Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 on with the thread. i'd add a couple more batteries. if you're going to get a 300 amp alt, make sure it'll have good idle power if you can or you can always go with a dual alt setup ....... do a 300 and something like a 220 to help with idle or do a 300 amp and stock alt w/MLA module and call it quits. 2-DC 15XLM2 D.7s 1-DC 5K amp (1) XS Power D6500(UNDERHOOD) and (1) XS3000(REAR) 3 runs 1/0ga for power and 2 runs of 1/0ga for negative.
