Death Match is a 5 minute long average. Highest SPL at the end of 5 minutes wins. Depending on who is running it, they may do Bass Race style with music only. or the dB Drag style with a constant tone for 5 minutes. This is the original style Some judges may only do 3 minutes but thats not the real way. roscoe1129 Posted February 9, 2009 Report Share Posted February 9, 2009 Midwest SPL has a new format called KAOS its 3 min deathmatch type not head to head but an average spl score of 3 mins on your choice of MUSIC mike center window and driver out of the vehicle. Had a couple runs Yesterday in Joplin and it turned out great!
