thehoe92 Posted April 25, 2010 Author Report Posted April 25, 2010 Find someone with a lifted 2wd nbs and try to get them to buy you transfer case and front diff and junk. Get you some money back and free up some weight and acceleration and MPGS. Unless yours is the kinda rare awd, then keep that shit. It will reward you if you ever get the itch to go turbo lol... Kevin you are going to have to explain that one to me a little more.. very noob with the whole 4wd thing I know that there are CV axles that engage when I press the 4wd button but other than that I am just a normal 2wd so all I am freeing up is just weight and support? seriously though if I take out my half shafts I lose SO much strength that something is bound to go wrong just by not having them my buddy lost his hub going down the road at 45 because he took his half shafts out Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple

aV8ter Posted April 25, 2010 Report Posted April 25, 2010 Well I was implying the whole swap including swapping the necessary suspension parts so that would not happen. You front hubs might be going sour from you being that low but I don't know enough about lowered 4wds to conclude that. When you lower the front end on a 4wd you push the front axles out so they put more pressure on the hubs but idk if that would be the cause of your problems. Have you seen the custom shafts that trick28(TYF) had made for his front end?

UnderLoK Posted April 25, 2010 Report Posted April 25, 2010 and I've heard that cops don't care if you have a medical excuse, my buddy Clean95 had an eye note and the cop pulled him over saying "you shouldn't be driving if the sun bothers you that much" and still gave him the ticket and I doubt my parents would allow that, they would rather I just not have tint at all, but I'll talk to them He had a note, this is a legal exception, like glasses and shows up in the same place glasses would on your license. It's a PITA, but it is the only legal way if your state doesn't allow tint like mine. aV8ter Posted April 25, 2010 Report Posted April 25, 2010 His truck is insane(over-the-top is the correct term). If someone told me there was a stock floor nbs hoe out there dragging on 28s I would tell them to fuck themselves, but there really is lol... I plan on checking it out when he gets it done. A lot of the guys on there are local to me and I am going to be helping a couple out with boxes and installs and junk.

I showed my dad a picture of it and he called bull shit, said it was photoshopped because theres no way 28's can fit in the fenders haha!! and its a denali which is way more difficult with it being AWD you are SO lucky!! thehoe92 Posted April 26, 2010 Author Report Posted April 26, 2010 Do you have any plans of putting a system in the future? I would like to but its really not my main priority any more, if I get extra money to put towards a system then I will but otherwise I'm good off some loud and clear RF comps and as for your last question in this thread all I have is a PCM tune by BlackBear Performance and my exhaust is cut at the muffler giving it a tad bit more performance I love that its a 2 stage paint, I mean sure its difficult to keep clean but when it is clean its fucking CLEAN!! a lot of people mistake it for all different sorts of colors, just read the comments in the Loud Friday Night video that Steve posted up everyone was asking why there wasn't a system in the blueish/grayish/blackish/greenish tahoe Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple
