I'll get a better picture of what it looks like I think it looks sick!

purple on top, then another housing with running lights that are amberish then fog lights below that are yellow.

my dad thinks I should just get a new fog light bulb because mine is to dim right now and a stock one would be more yellow  he doesn't quite understand HID's yet

what do you recommend?

I love my 3000k. its the 35w raptor kit from DDM, they work great. The only thing i do NOT like about the 3000k is when its warming up it looks a little green. The makers actually just coat a 4300k bulb with a yellow film. when a 4300k bulb is warming up it looks a little blue. Blue + yellow = green :(

you can cook bacon shirtless if you're not a pussy...lol

not hatin, but am i wrong here it looks as if the amp is not grounded its hooked directly to the battery. it that the way it should be.

you guys can go ahead and start a thread about cut off lines and how the others isn't a good one but keep the pictures out of my build thread since it has nothing to do with my build.

but thanks Stephen

i like running my mouth...

... you have less lumens since you went with a higher K, i could care less about cut off lines, my honda has nice cut off line thats bout 3 inches below the tops of freeway K-rails but i still blind cars in front of me, trucks not so much since there higher.

i actually do like the color of 12ks just not on something id drive daily since 98% of the driving i do is at night.

i plan on using something in the 12-15k range on my truck when its done but its not something that will see the road very often

FUCK we get the idea you dont like driving without cutofflines...when he has the money for them he will get them, he wanted 12k's it is his tahoe not yours, stay in texas and you wont have to worry about disliking anything about it

just like me

I am FULLY aware that I have less lumens thats exactly what I tell people when they ask about HID's higher the number after 4300 the less lumens you will get.

I have not gotten flashed yet and I have driven with them for 3 days now. I have noticed that they have a really wide beam all the way from one side of the free way to the other obviously whats in front of me is the brightest but I still see signs on the other side of the road glowing.

...anyways since this was bumped I bought some Expanding Foam today

I wanted the big gap filler but I was tired of looking so I got the red can

duct taped all the holes and went to town.

got my whole passenger side b-pillar, where the roof meets the car, and the first brace going back

makes a world of difference from what I heard and some of it still isn't dried yet

tested some new BigPimpin and seems as though my peak frequency has dropped :D

maybe I'll take some more pictures tomorrow when I do the other side in foam and on top of that a little 17.8 pound package is coming ;)
