i use a comedically oversized screwdriver for most panels honestly, like kicks/sills/doors, like a foot long inch wide flat head

use the nylon/plastic poppers from a like 6 piece set for ssrs...and hyndais...i can never take them apart without poppers

and most newer cars in general...those nissan dashes are impossible not to scratch unless you use a nylon popper

I'd love to see you get the dash off an SSR with no panel poppers.

I'm willing to take the challenge. I haven't had a car yet that needed anything but a phillips to pull the dash apart.

But I must admit, I almost gave up on a couple of them... Work out those finger tip muscles!

That's why I'm scared to use tools. It's not always my car I'm taking apart and I'm too cheap to risk scratches.

My dad has a set somewhat like those for removing doors with those stupid pushpin things and slips they work pretty well.
