My Kenwood Amp Gets Hot =/

Messing with amp settings wont help it.

You need to wire your subs to a 2ohm load on the amp, if they are single coil 4ohm sub's: are these the ones you have? http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?sk...d=1166840602883

If so youll need to wire them just like this.

no matter what you do its the amp plain and simple... i know people who have used it and once it gets super hot like that it dosnt matter if you run it at 4 ohms or anything, its all downhill from here...the kac series kenwood amps are just not that great

Dam i dont have them wired that way.. so ima have to take out the speakers and wire them and connect them together Positive with positive and negative with negative through the inside of the box? and haveing only 1 connection from the outside being used.. correct? basically like bridgeing them.. cuz this amp has it be able to be bridged.. I just connected them with 2 differend wires ill post a pic up right now.. hold up

when i turn the settings down its just warm. and not mega hot like is now. Ima try what he said and see if it works tomorrow when i get out of school btw heres the settings:
