God forbid, if she caught you doing that she's going to think you're a serial killer or some weird stalker and before you know it, she'll have her whole police family after you. When you start talking to her, I wouldn't compliment her on her looks because if you do, then she'll have the edge on you. You got to be in control of the situation for things to work right. Another thing, don't ask for her number, tell her to give you her number and as you're telling her, hand her your phone so she can put hers in. Trust me, that method NEVER fails. Now that you have her number, don't text her for the first two days or so. You have to wait a little bit because that will keep her thinking about you long enough. When you do text her, start the convo in a casual way like "what's going on" and go from there. If you text her right away, it's going to show her that you are either desperate or you are rushing things...trust me. If things don't work out, it's no biggie.
