If you see her, walk outside and be like hey, whats up? start up a conversation such as I've seen you walking your dog all the time what's its name? she'll be happy to talk about her pet, than go from talking about her dog to hanging out, say you'd like to get to know her and go see a movie or walk in the park, just something simple. Don't be up all night trying to come up with a game plan, than when you finally get to see her you 4-get ur game plan and speak in tongue. like everyone else said, don't blow shit out of proportion just tell her you wanna hang out with her and see where shit goes tell her you've had ur eye on her for awhile but you've just never could come up with a way to approach her she'll either take it as a compliment, or look at you like a freak, worse she can say is NO. Thinking about her all the time is going to decrease your chances of giving a good impression because when you finally do talk to her, you're going to be all nervous. Girls are very good at sensing this kind of stuff. It's like an instinct they have embedded into their genetics. Like people have said on here before, act like you have had better before.
