Big P
Tapatio is more like catchup then a hot sauce. Its good in mashed taters and on french fries. If you mix tapatio tariaqi just a little bit of brown sugar a dab of vinegar salt pepper garlic powder and minced garlic you got one hell of a tri tip marinade and sauce. Dozier
They have this awesome sauce in Thailand that they call hot sauce. It's red and all but not really spicy. It has chilis on the label. But my grandfather bought this sauce once and brought it home and it was called "Hot sauce from Hell." That bottle was small and had red wax melted over the top to seal it and it runs all the way down the side....Don't know what was in it...But brutal I tell you. It really does not taste bad. I had it on my onion rings yesterday. It took me a month to get tempted to try it though.
