To use ur special Mode, you need to dance to get bars. here's some videos of the actual game footage and not dancing. this is NATION WAR. when you reach a certain level you choose a Nation. The oposite nation is your ENEMY. Wars our every 4 hours. The object is to capture all neutral points and make it your nation. I mean computer games are fun cause you can do things (like kill 100s of people with rocket launchers) that would otherwise be...'tricky' to do in real life. Dancing...seems...uh, boring?
