BIG-SEXY AUDIO
Gotta say both amps are monsters no joke Tell you guys what, I love both amps, but I would be a fool to not take that deal that was given to me. $1,200 for a 5k amp, trust me I'll get 5k at of it. Plus if I have even the smallest problem I have a brand new one on the way. With the L7's like I said I know I'll blow on or two every so often. But also like I said, there is no way I'll be listening to till full tilt all the time either. I just want to crank it up when needed, I'll have the RF 3sixty.1 in there to turn down my signal gain. So no worrys I have this dream of this underground culture in mind, coming to life through the Audio that I build, Deep Perfection.YUKON'S SITEhttp://www.cardomain.com/ride/2397609
majorpayne
But why go with subs that you are going to blow every now and then and have to either get them replaced or reconed?? if kicker even does recones i dunno, it just doesnt seem like a smart idea to me to be blowing subs because you want to over power them. but w/e homefry its yo money and not mine
BIG-SEXY AUDIO
Like I said above, if Kicker came out with a 15" SOLOX, that would be in my install instead of the L7's. I trust in the Kicker L7's, I'm a fan of Kicker subs and amps. I just know the square design really moves some air. This is the whole reason why I'm buying just one of the amps to start off with, to see how the subs handle 1k each in my enclosure, testing to see if they can go higher. If so I'll drop 1.6K to each and see how that goes, if bad I can always mod my box, and go with diff. subs. Test Test Test, #1 lesson in Audio. But see the L7's mite could handle 2k RMS in my enclosure or not even handle the rated 1k RMS, it's all in the cards. BIG-SEXY AUDIO
why not get 4 18 inch solo x's? I don't have enough power to push four of them, plus the fact they're not really the music playing type, I thought about jumping into the new fully loaded FI BL's! That way they could handle the full power of both those amps, but just for starters I'm going to say with the L7's. HiFonic's XX-Golaith is the amp I'll be running.
