So recently came into my possession is a "2000w" amp from "Solid Audio"

A friend of mine seemed to be having problems with it and i took it to check it out.. I don't see any apparent damage but can not tell until i get to test it out..

My question is i can't find anything online about these amps and was wondering if anyone here on SMD has or have had used a amp like this before, and/or has information specs. etc. on it since i can't seem to find anything on it...

Well from the fuses, it looks as though the max you'll get out of it would be 1200w. But I know nothing about the amp, so I could be wrong.

Voltage issues FTL look at that ground terminal, it looks melted, mabe whoever installed it just can a crappy ground connection and caused all that heat. i know a few years ago when i had a retail store we were approched to sell it and then i think about 2 years later they went under, IIRC
