Thinking about getting some new 22" rims on 245/35/22 sometime this summer when I get the cash....there arent lot of choice for my blazer b/c of the weird lug pattern these are one of the few wheels I liked.

save up repair cash....

my one friend got 22's on his (98 2-door)blazer, over the summer went through 4 rotors, 6 sets of pads, and basically a whole new front end, those little trucks dont like the big shoes apparantly

he was dumb enough to take it on the beach, it was basically totaled after that and he got a maxima. But be mad careful, its a lot of strain on those little bits and pieces, especially in the front end.

ha well im a huge fan of the black on black so il give em a big thumbs up. just IMO the black wheels give it more of a clean clean look with black paint, over all chrome. more mature look. not hatin the all chrome wheels though, its just my opinion about the color paint the car/truck is. that would look very nice though bro. good luck on your search or purchase

The front wheels bearing are getting replaced in the next few days and the front brakes rotors were replaced 800miles.

i agrea with that in a way too. i know GM trucks are known for there front end parts loosing up(balljoints,tierods,etc) maybe talk with the company and a few wheel shops to find out the info about the offset of the wheels and what would work best on your truck. a bad offset wheel will for sure give you premature brake wear and other front end parts bein the wheel might stick out farther than the stock wheels. but all in all i still like the wheels for sure lol. good call though ray for bringin that up, i should of though about that one bein a auto tech myself ha. but been layed off for the past year now so easy slip of the mind i guees lol

Yeh but wheels are hard to find for this truck and I'm a big fan of black on black....would murder it out but I'm not taking all the chrome trim off and getting it powercoated to much work and money....plus with the little bit of chrome on my truck and the chrome lip I think it'll look hot. I didn't think 22s where that big IMO when I think of big 24s are about a small of a rim that I would classify as "big".

edit: I'm no idiot when it comes to mechanical stuff on vehicles....I just wanted your guys opinion of the style.

smaller scale truck compared to the full sizes. ha not sure ya would be able to squeeze any bigger than 22s. this a everyday driver im guessin?(and for SURE bro them wheels on that truck as it sits would be sick)

Yeh 22s are about as big as I can get on this truck....its not getting lowered because one it 4 wheel drive and two its has to go through the snow and mud in the winter.....these will only be on the truck 3-5months out of the year TOPS.....and the the stocker with the snow tires will be my winter rims and tires.

Also if I get these wheels Pirelli P-Zero Nero was the rubber I was going to run :)
