Are there any differences between the 2008 and the 2010 models other than price? The only other difference is that one is a newer model. AI James Posted April 9, 2009 Report Share Posted April 9, 2009 se's can take 1000w, id say its safe under 1200 sure if you wanna throw all reliability in the toilet. i wouldnt put over 800 on them daily, theres a reason why SX are rated at 1000 if you wanna run 1000-1200 each buy them dont get low wattage sq subs double up RMS and expect the best out of them.
