Which Ported Box Would Be The Loudest Inside A Suv?

If that's only one 15 then I think that you have too much airspace. Try dropping the enclosure size down to 3.5-4 cubes and I will bet that you'll be much happier with the outcome.

Subs are like titties, They need to come in pairs because ones and threes are just wrong, and larger amounts will always draw a crowd, we all have our favorite sizes, but the bigger ones are more fun to watch move. :D

i was told to tune to 38hz for those

they should sound better and be louder at that tuning i know it sounds @$$ backwards but everyone whos done it so far are pleased at 38hz......i haven't installed mines yet though so im still scratching my head on 38hz too...

except this one guy on youtube in a extended cab truck who tuned to 35hz and eats the lows like crazy but hes in a truck he doesnt have to worry about output as thier right behind him.....
