The "leaders" of countries we tend to take issue with have got their problems. that does not mean we cant try to develop some sort of relationship with them.. You can not go around forcing your culture and your beliefs on other countries just because you are the big bully of the globe. And trust me, Putin is just the same as Chavez, very power hungry, and very much unstable.... That does not mean you ignore them, Because it only makes their hatred towards us worse. I can't tell you how many times I have seen newscasts with bush and Putin meeting one another. Hell, Putin came to the U.S. to meet with Bush in Crawford, Texas.

the fact of the matter is BUSH isn't stupid... alot of people say that, b/c they a) either don't know what they are talking about. dislike him for other reasons. c) just listen to the media's view of him. yes, early in his term, we were attacked, and he had to make difficult decisions... no one is sayin otherwise, but he did the wrong thing by going into our social security to continue funding the war... that is why we are worse off then we would have been. Obama inherited this problem, so lets give him a chance.
