I do agree with the smog regulations though, thats how it should be everywhere. If it wasnt for him, we woulda been paying these outrageous fees 4 years ago. His whole "platform" was based on him not allowing that to happen and if you ask me its the ONLY reason he was elected....and he came thru. It said "your return has been accepted by the state of California, however due to the current budget crisis we are unable to pay any returns. You will recieve your return as soon as ......" oh i forget the rest but it was something like ill get my money when the state has it LOL..... lucky for me im only gettin a bill back from state......i really wont miss that.
