He has the best customer service and product. He has went way above and beyond what I have ever expected from a company especially from someone who does not know me personally. I will not go into details of what he has done but I have never heard of any other company doing what he has for me. I am not saying my other experiences with vendors like DC Audio or Darvex are anything less than stellar but Jacob definitely gets my vote for the best customer service of 2009. My son will soon be repping Sundown at his school with 4 E8's and an SAE1000D and he will be proud to say what he runs. Thanks Jacob you definitely get more of our business and my friends too.
