FiBTLforlife Posted April 23, 2009 Report Posted April 23, 2009 Hey guys, once again im stuck on making a dicision on my truck during the build. i did some detailed measurments and turns out i have 6.5cuft to work with after displacments. now i was going to run the FiBTL15'' but seeing how i have 6.5cuft, would it be a good idea to run the 18???? which one would give me better bass and loudness. i dont care about SQ mostly SPL..... would it be better to run the 15'' at 5cuft, or to run the 18'' at 6.5cuft. thanks guys for the advice 2 AQ 10'' HDC3 copper subs 1 3500d AQ amp 146.3db on TL with stock electrical in single cab truck at 32hz RESULT: 1st place at comp, 3rd overall out of 20 cars

If your stuck on FI I would definitely get 15'' as you probably won't have enough room for an 18 after port displacement. Drew [/quote i havent had much experiance with nightshade. ill have a solid 6cuft when everything is said and done with everything.
