and...not that im a lawyer..yet...but while getting my bachelors (criminal justice, double minor in prelaw and public administration) you have no merit to go against him. he can simply state that he told you it CAN pass maryland inspection, not that it WILL. as noted, he is not the one doing an inspection, its his job to sell a car and thats what he'll do. you should have never taken his word for it, because he does not know the mechanics of the car, just what the features of the car are to sell it to you. its his word againt yours, and you can not really do anything about it in the long run. you dont have to believe me, but your stuck with your old car and have to fix it. it happens.

no, but all jokes aside, you should double check and make sure you can't get in trouble doing such things. I know you can get in trouble for defamation of character.

well if hes speaking the truth then he cant really get in trouble for nothing.. he got a bad with a certian dealership and if they dont wanna make it right then he should be able to voice his opinion to the public and let the public decide if they want to go to the dealership or not...

Hustle hard, Stack paper,

It's alright, ya'll haters,

It's nothing, We major,

You see me, Hi Hater! =)

i wanted a stealth for a while, that was the only one within 75 miles. all of the cars u listed werent maryland inspected, and the bagged Dakota would fail. So im back at step 1.

The point I am getting at here is that the car that was sold to me was FRAUDED inspection wise. The wipers, backup light, front struts, and lower ball joints and tires are ALL on VAs inspection checklist. it was inspected by the dealership last month. THERE IS NO FUCKING WAY ALL THAT SHIT FUCKED UP WITHIN A MONTH....all those things failed in MD but passed in VA, even though they look for the same signs of wear......

There is a pink slip in ALL VA vehicles (inspection recepit) that says on the back to report in writing to the state police and type of fraud inspection wise. So thats what i am doing. I dont give a fuck how old the car is. If the inspection were done right then I wouldnt be in this situation would I?

you wouldnt be in this situation had it been in writing either,or had you made them inspect it like here in ca they make the buyer unless the seller agrees to it
