He wants to build a show car so why not use show woofers. HONESTLY you can build a show worthy system with any decent sub. Almost all top companies use cool baskets. Maybe cover them up and paint the baskets to match the inteiro or exterior. They come in blue (txxapx15bl), red (txxapx15rd), black (txxapx15b), and white (txxapx15w). They handle 1000 RMS and are pretty efficient. Cheap, too.
