When i got them one of the speaker rings where broken before the shipped it as there was no damage to either box and it was double boxed. Sent in an RMA it said it takes them 48 to 72 hours. I gave them two weeks then sent an email threating to file a complaint with the BBB and file a charge back with my credit card company. They send the rma instructions within an hour. So i shipped it UPS paid the extra 5 bucks to get signature required for delivery. It took them two weeks for them to tell me they recieved it that was after sending proof to the owner directly that it was received and who signed for it. It then took another month for them to finally give me store credit minus the shipping since they offered me free shipping. After trying for a week to get the charge returned to my account as i didn't want store credit. I had to file a chargeback with my bank and file a complaint with the bbb. A month later I got my money back. So beware if you have to send something back for warranty or rma. They kept sending my order to the wrong, address...then the wrong city...then the wrong state....I talked to every fucking person there and every time I thought it was straightened out, they sent it to another WRONG address. I eventually had to file a claim with paypal to get my money back. I wouldn't order shit from those fuckers ever again. My Ram Quad Cab Blow-through

Works great, if i never need anything i would definitly use them. Now you are on the same forums making a post on how to cancel a order from them? Dude .. LOL All I can say is don't impulse buy.
