(They are everywhere here too) But since they are still protected by the Federal Migratory Bird Act, it is illegal to harm them, or move their eggs without a federal permit. And attention dog owners, if your dog kills one you can be held responsible....up to a $10000 fine! The worst thing about the one in my case is that it has been sitting on those eggs for TWO MONTHS!
