I seen a whole project go from digging to never ever being built, the shit is crazy sometimes.

but I do understand, endangered species need to be protected, cause once they are gone, they are gone for ever.

I will never under stand how the hell they are endangered since they are every where I live out in BFE and they some how manage to get from the town out to my pond some how.

Canadian geese are no longer endangered. At one time they were but they have recovered. (They are everywhere here too) But since they are still protected by the Federal Migratory Bird Act, it is illegal to harm them, or move their eggs without a federal permit. And attention dog owners, if your dog kills one you can be held responsible....up to a $10000 fine! :wacko:

The worst thing about the one in my case is that it has been sitting on those eggs for TWO MONTHS! Obviously the eggs are no good but as long as she sits there, we wait.
