Box was 3.1 cubes net tunes to 30 with 38^2 of port. and it was on 950 clamped watts after rise.

Why can't you paint the port? if you can fit your hand in there just get some 400 grit and ruff it up a little bit then spray paint it as far as you can from the outside it should cover it to the point to where it'll look fine.

I think if I was going to paint it I should have done so before doing the roundover, now it's a no go on the painted port. Oh well, this is likely just a temporary box since i'm gonna be picking up another 2512 in a couple weeks. Gonna send that one in for a fresh recone and beat on the one I have until my recone comes back, then i'm gonna send this one for a recone to D4 so I can run both of them at 1 ohm. Then I can do a side by side comparison of those vs. the SA-12's to see which one's I'm gonna keep.

Nope That's funny, my broke ass used the same router on the whole box but didn't have the problem you had. Just admit, my router skills > yours

Yeah buddy...what's going on man, long time no see. I stopped going to RN a while ago, them dudes took that props thing way too serious. I wonder how many of them walking around all salty now that they don't have their guns, rep power and gold coins now, haha. This is the 3rd setup i'm putting in here, can't wait to have it up and playing.

I have only a couple pics of tonights work, which was sanding down the filled holes on the baffle and spraying two cans of primer....i'm gonna do a little sanding tomorrow and lay down another can of primer, mainly on the edges. If everything goes right, I should be applying color by Wednesday
