its only made for a push pull configuration and its not made for daily iirc, only burps. pretty pointless amp i would think.

competition use only. playing pure sine waves.......any other material besides music

a burp is a burst of bass usually set a specific freq... usually from like 3-30secs. im pretty sure the main use of it is to send a uniform signal to the subs w/o it being stopped or broken... thats like top of the head. i know its not the greatest definition but...

google it.

The Kicker Warhorse was not designed for burps only, it was designed to be a daily subwoofer amp for music too.

You can only use it with dual VC subwoofers though.

One way to look at how this amp functions and the most easiest way to understand it is to say it uses one coil as your positve and the other coil as the negative (Push/Pull).

This amp is around 90% efficient but it will only make 10,000 watts at 14.4 volts, It makes around 8,300 watts at 12.5 volts.

Yes this amp was designed for daily applications and has one hell of a signal processor and thats more proof that it was designed for a daily setup.

You don't need that much signal processing on a SPL/burp amp.

The other main reason that they made it was for it to be used with the Solo-X subwoofer line up.

If you don't believe me just call Kicker and find out for your self.

Theres a long thread in the Kicker section and on one of the last pages are links to Car Audio and Electronics were they did a full review on the amp.

Lets just say its an unbelievable amp.
