Torres Posted June 29, 2009 Report Posted June 29, 2009 i have a 15" audioipe sub with 1200 watt amp and a farad cap....for learning purposes...if you have a cap, you typically want to get a farad for every 1000 watts. or 500 watts for every .5 farads. so...you'd need a 1.5 farad cap at least
