Looks like you killed quite a bit of flex with just one layer.

Was that Hushmat you had up top before the Damplifier Pro was in place?

ANT

No sir, the hushmat is black and on all 6 doors. Thats what we carry at my shop. The stuff was alright I guess, but it wasnt the foil backing so I didnt care for it to much, and the Damplifier pro seemed a tad thicker and stiffer.

Are you referring to these 4 pieces?

That is from the factory, its cardboard with a foil top and a gummy adhesive, I pulled it off because parts of it was barly stuck on the roof.

Yes! the trunk pack only had enough to do from my B pillars back. from my A pillars forword the roof is doubled up, really solid. It didnt pay for me to waste deadening material where it wouldnt serve any purpose. When ever i get extra cash, Im sure ill do the spot from my A pillars to the window..

Your hoe is a bit newer, but I dont think the door pack will get too much done for you, Id really look where the most flex is (prob towards the middle between the B and C pillars) and concentrate on that first. :)

Opps, forgot to add that my 2 spl dynamics ext-3000d's arrive tomorrow after spending $625 for repair work at Db-r electronics.

Hopefully the wire I bought arrives tomorrow too so I can get them in. Tho I think the one kid I bought wire from is being a bit shady/flakey and is gonna run with my money and not ship me the wire. :(

Plan is to run the amps at .75 ohms nominal, expecting a good 3500-4000 wrms outta each amp. :)

lmao the whole roof flexes but I think I will take your advice and put it in between the b and c pillar.

at first I was thinking of putting it up front because thats where it will be audibly noticeable.

and why does it say RF and Fi on your thread?

Ok usps just stopped by, and got 2 more packages

One from the Owner of SoundWaves (Rob) on the PWK forums, and the other from fatpat on the CACO forums.

Both hooked me up with some cheaply priced wire to get my new toys wired up!! :)

So now its time to take out that little American Bass 150.1 and multiply my RMS rating by 5 :)http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/hairtrick.gif http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/hairtrick.gif http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/hairtrick.gif http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/public/style_emoticons/default/hairtrick.gif
