I got some all expense paid recones from DD since I had an issue with just one woofer rubbing. Not sure if I had a cone that was messed up so just went with paper cones for now. I got new woofers comming before 2010 db drag season so these just gotta make it thru the winter. Got my woofers back today Time to start on my new box next week, and start fiberglassing my a-pillers for some DD 5.25inch components! Damn I think 1 of these in each front door will look fuckin sexy with a 2 pairs of DD 6.5" components :shock: Think I will need the thin mounts tho.

Still need to make it look pretty yet (resin the inside, paint the outside, round over the corners, etc). Three sheets for 4x8 3/4inch mdf in the tahoe Exposports box calculator which I used to design this beast, sitting sexy on the sawstop!

Did it a lil different then what I originally planned, but I think it shall work just as well! Oh, and if anyone is wondering the specs of size and tuning heres a screenshot of it.
