sierra mist Posted April 19, 2007 Author Report Posted April 19, 2007 ***Update**** We will not be getting this house. Builder never intended to pay the closing cost and they bank wants a 5% down payment. We have a few backups, but they won't be near as big. It's cool though3

We signed the contract saying he would pay closing. Well, he didn't sign. That meant we would have financed in $7,000. At the interest rate we got, that would put the monthly payment out of reach.

It's not as big but it's got 4 bedrooms with a nice back yard for my kids.
