harrisonG Posted July 18, 2009 Report Share Posted July 18, 2009 from what i heard from my friends who have done p90x is that YES it doest really work, but it is a legit hard ass work out. i go to the gym 5-7 days a week, but if i go 5 and decide to do the full week, i only do cardio on the remaining two days to let my upper body muscles heal better. i take isopure zero carb supplement for quicker muscle replenishment. the gym has been my life for the last 3 months. i was up at 265 and now im at 229. its a great feeling losing the weight and putting on a good amount of muscle 2000 Nissan Xterra -Infinity 6020cs components -Infinity 692.7 6x9s -DC LVL 4 12 -AQ1200 -Pioneer DEHP860MP H/U -4 channel amp for mids and highs??? Many people abuse anabolics and you can't even tell anabolics is only a small part in putting on size.
