ehh one day ill get back into the groove of working out. think im gonna try to start getting up early and riding a bike for 5 miles every morning to try and get myself back into it.

Should I still do squats when I only want a bigger upper body?

Hellz yeah!!! Heavy squats are the most effective exercise to naturally increase test, gh, and igf. Do 4 heavy sets 2-3 times a week at the beginning or end of your workout. Before or after will offer the same benefits in different ways, if that makes sense.

Although I sadly only do 1 leg day a week but I crush them. Maybe ill try to squat more, for we know it is King.

Also think about how much you use the upper body to balance the weight.

I have used Jack3d 2 or 3 times I can't remember first time I took three heaping scoops and the 2nd time I took 4 scoops.... I lifted for 2 hrs straight... Walked out of the gym and by the time I got to my car I was regretting leaving... But I had work the next morning... I left at 12 and fell asleep finally at 5am had to get up at 9am for work...

I'm seriously starting to get addicted to working out like I was a few years ago... Except now I'm actually old enough to gain muscle mass rather than just strength. When I started working out for the first time about a month and a half ago after a 2yr break, I could only rep 60lbs butterflys 6 times, I'm up to 150lbs 8-10times :D Working on building huge pecs, triceps, and deltoids... Biceps and forearms are 2nd thoughts.

Jacked hasnt done ANYTHING for me except make me itchy. Soooo gay. Oh well, people react differently. Im trying to sell my shit and either get white flood or 1mr. maybe superpump but at this point because i love working out so much i can pretty much hype myself up when needed. I have some hardcore music to help with this also.

Itching lol wtf... sucks it didn't work for you, there's a reason its the #1 selling product on bodybuilding.com though. However like you said people react differently.. my only side effect is I feel like a 15 year old kid that will bang just about any girl around lol, maybe try superpump 250 my workout partner uses it he's throwin up 455 on the bench 4 times.

Yeah it makes you itch the first time or two... the itch gets less noticeable the more you use it... it really bad in your face, neck, and arms...
