ive been liftin sense highschool, at times really seriousally, def no where close to what i wanna be, im like 5'9 200lbs. . . donno what my b.f is but it not redicilous i dont think, i def dont have abs, i have myself a keg, but im no slouch i guess if that makes any sense...

for sups, i take n.o shotgun, for a pre workout, then just makesure i get some good protien after.

loookin into getting some clenbuterol to cut fat. cause really no matter how hard i hit cardio, or how spot on my diet is i cant seem to loose fat. i hate it.

dude dont do clen. That shit's for horses bruh, not humans. Yea some people have success with it but at the expense of weakening your heart.

If it's hard to cut weight then it's time to start evaluating your diet and start following macros to a tee since counting calories itself doesnt seem to be working for you.

Try HIIT training a couple times a week. trust me it works. run for a minute, and powerwalk for 2 minutes....do this as long as you can but no longer than 36 minutes. I did 36 minutes every time last spring and watched the weight fall off. But for real, why

use a drug thats not even meant for us? Just get a little stricter and see where you're at.

im like 5'9 200lbs

That's about my ideal weight I'd like to be at. I'm 155 on a good day and 5'10, but not too skinny. I'm hoping by the end of this year or next I'll be around 185, but my metabolism is too fast at the moment.

A years ago I was 159 at 5'10, now Im at 186 at around 17% bodyfat. Just stick to it.

I am just trying to burn as much fat as possible, and put on more muscle mass. Its a balancing act.

If you're just starting out then there will be some fast muscle gain at first, then depending on your diet, yo will either keep progressing or maintain. Unless you have the genetics of a greek god or you're on roids, gaining muscle while cutting fat is extremely difficult to do. Choose one or the other at a time.

haha yeah swimming is the best lol

There's no pool around me or I would love to swim for exercise (when cutting time comes), theres a pool at a YMCA around here but I dont feel like paying for just the pool. Maybe something better will come around. I wish there were some closer SMDers who like lifting.

btw i dont claim to know it all, im just posting what has worked for me. Take it how you want :)

ohhh damn, i didnt know about the heart thing... from my understandign though clen is perscribe to humans as a respratory issue pill... like asthma and shit. the shots "sryup" is whats given to horses i think... thats good to know though,
