Dude i got tendinitis when i started lifting seriously like 9 months ago after a 2 year absence from the weight room and i couldnt bend my arms for a week and a half. scary stuff. I have used a lot of pre workout supps but nothing compares, like anything though you will built a tolerance to it fairly quick.... I hear ya on gettin tendinitis and shit man. havent gotten that yet, but I came damn close to herniating myself on decline situps (70 lb. weight on my chest). I also have holner nerve damage in my left arm so I have to wear lifting gloves or itll start to hurt; as well as a bad lower back and sciatica.
