Heavy squats are the most effective exercise to naturally increase test, gh, and igf. Do 4 heavy sets 2-3 times a week at the beginning or end of your workout. Maybe ill try to squat more, for we know it is King. Also think about how much you use the upper body to balance the weight. I lifted for 2 hrs straight... Walked out of the gym and by the time I got to my car I was regretting leaving... But I had work the next morning... I left at 12 and fell asleep finally at 5am had to get up at 9am for work... I'm seriously starting to get addicted to working out like I was a few years ago... Except now I'm actually old enough to gain muscle mass rather than just strength. When I started working out for the first time about a month and a half ago after a 2yr break, I could only rep 60lbs butterflys 6 times, I'm up to 150lbs 8-10times Working on building huge pecs, triceps, and deltoids... Biceps and forearms are 2nd thoughts.
