Superjay Posted May 11, 2011 Report Posted May 11, 2011 tacos are good...remove the shell..everything else in there is fantastic no pasta, but the meat sauce is ok yes, you will actually lose weight. carbs are your enemy. Even now, I only eat about 40 grams of carbs a day and I'm in the gym 6-10 hours a week. Superjay Posted May 11, 2011 Report Posted May 11, 2011 no shell at all, just eat the stuff inside. if your parents ask questions, point to your fat ass and explain you don't want it anymore (in my defense I have no idea what your ass looks like) Principal JTech Consulting - Leader in 12-Volt Training and Product PlanningIt's not about how much power you have, but how well you use it

Superjay Posted May 11, 2011 Report Posted May 11, 2011 change your metabolism now...like NOW now...otherwise you'll gain about 5 pounds a year on average...in 10 years that's 50 pounds of fat. try losing it after getting used to eating that way. I was 220 pounds 3 years ago. I had a 38 inch waist and a 38 inch chest. I was FAT. I made some minor changes to my diet...cut fried foods, switched to diet soda, and cut carb intake. in a year I was at 150 with the same 38 inch chest. I'm now at 210 with a 48 inch chest and a 32 inch waist...diet is everything. if you want to gain add protein and workout HARD. if you want to lose weight cut calories, but either way, keep your carbs WAY low. when your body is used to using fat and protein for energy you have MUCh more control over the size of your body. when it uses carbs for energy it stores fat for later use. there's a new study that shows you don't get fat because you eat more...you eat more because you're getting fat. to keep that from happening make adjustments to your diet to keep your metabolism under control. Winn Posted May 11, 2011 Report Posted May 11, 2011 Maybe i should just cut back alot and just not eat as much. is there like protein bars that cuts appetites? Like one week i will eat two plates of spaghetti and others i just will eat a half of a plate You know how you avoid that?
