AI James
yea get Q's, they are decently loud and are cheap and wont take as much money to power 2 12s of them
sean 371
Hell yea thats possible man (to kill those kickers i mean). Go something like Power Acoustik or Hifonics if you want to keep the price down on the amp(s). Pair of Q12's in a well designed box should blow the majority of systems out of the water. With over 2k watts tho, youre going to need at least some mild electrical upgrades. Big 3 for sure, second battery, possibly an upgraded alt. shooter69
how about one 15" bl? with....i dunno.....a t2000.1bd ??? could it handle it? someone, earlier, in this thread said that a t2000.1bd could put out about 2500rms, to much for a bl? sean 371
yes too much. a t2000 would work better for a BTL, but only if you can afford to spend an extra $700 on electrical. Slinky
Those rockford amps are way underrated and would be too much for a bl. shooter69
would a 130 alt be enough, as well as a battery upgrade, to supply this?-- 2 12" bl's RF 20001bd amp electrical upgrades needed???? how much? sean 371
that alt should get the job done...not positive on that though. Upgrade battery, and add a second, possibly a third battery. All 1/0 wiring of course, with the big 3 upgraded. Slinky
youd be fine with that alt and two batts with 1/0 wire.
