99vic Posted July 14, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 14, 2009 well heres the rest of the story. i was going to trade him. he came and looked at my truck and was taking pics of it with his phone. i thought ok well hes goingto show some one and get advice. so i didnt say anything. he went on asking about smog i said yes it was just done3 days ago, he looked at the paper(with my address on it). then asked if it was in my name saying if it wasnt he didnt want it. so i said yes bla bla bla. i didnt have time to look good at his car i was running late for my kids doctors appointment. so i told him id come to him to test drive his car. well after thinking about the little things he was picking at(dome light that plugs right in, door trim that needs glued on.. both together maybe 15 mins and a little ding from a bb not really noticeable,dirty floor mat lol ) and the things i saw on his car(small rip in carpet and nasty foggy headlights ) which i said nothing about. i called later to ask a few questions and he told me the car wasnt in his name it was in a friends name and he couldnt get ahold of him. so i just said i wasnt interested. then he posted the ad. better believe ill be watching my truck. someone will be regretting messin with my shit. Maybe he thought John and him were going to trade and already has a side deal or maybe he just plnas to take the Durango.... There's a couple different ways things might go down tonite/tomorrow and I'm really hoping for this dudes sake he didn't hear John when he told dude he didn't want to trade.......
