Nightshade
150 shouldn't be a problem. Bassracing a 149.9 and not breaking the subs might be your issue. Here's the other thing that I've ran into with identical equiptment. You know that I have 2 2000's and 2 D3100's and with the car running in idle and volume all the way up sometimes an amp will go into protect. With the volume all the way up the car is still way over a 149.9, but it is an issue especially after 2 ties in bassrace when you have to shut the car off. With even less voltage the amps may protect on you. I'm working on fixing that problem right now so I'll let you know what I come up with if you want. I'm sure a 250 amp alt will help with the car on but car off is a different story. 2013 VW Jetta GLI 2.0 Turbo 1 Sundown Audio SCV2000 1 Sundown Audio X15 V2 1 XS Power D3100 Audio Control LC6i Stock Deck 146.4 sealed on the dash at 37hz 2001 Focus ZX3: RETIRED Team Sundown Audio, Team XS Power, 2 time NSPL Car 3601-Up Champion, 2 time NSPL Car Hardcore ChampionHighest NSPL Scores to date:154.3db on the dash sealed at 46hz, 156.2db in the kick at 46hz155.2db unofficial on dash at 43hz

EricR
should be interesting. im tuned in i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
