Does anyone know if this new Audiopipe 1800 watt amp wattage rating is legit?

http://cgi.ebay.ca/NEW-AUDIOPIPE-1800W-MON...id=p3286.c0.m14

Times running out and I want to buy it! I know Audiopipe gives out real ratings on their other amplifiers but since this one is a new model, they could have possibly pulled up a fake number?

Mids/Highs: stock Bang & Olufsen

Lows: Image Dynamics IDMax 12v.3

Power: Sony Xplod XM-D9001GTR:Knukonceptz 4 gauge

Box: 1.75 cu/ft Sealed

Past: Pioneer Premier TS-W1207 (2)/ Rockford Fosgate P210/ Image Dynamics ID10V.3/ Infinity Reference 311A/ Audiopipe AP-18001D

I wouldn't buy from that seller.

That is a picture of the old style 1500's.

Notice how the picture is blurred just before it says watts?

Also, I looked at a few online pictures of the new amps and they don't look nearly as strong as the older ones.

I say stick with the proven and get one of the older ones.

Well I'm fucked... I already bought it...

But would it be possible he just threw up a random picture from not bothering to take a pic? His feedback seems to be pretty good. But I'll see when it gets here.

your gonna maybe get like 800 -900 RMS that says taht its' 1800 MAX power

That's why they don't deliver.

Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait.

You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start :D

I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do.

From other online stores, I found it's 1800watts RMS @ 1 ohm. When I get it, I'll check out the fuse rating. Hope it's at least 150A
