inm
I am trying to get into video editing, and have got the software and camera for it. I was just screwing around today with Adobe Premiere Pro to get used to it, and see what I could do. So, I filmed 2 10 seconds pieces of video, then in Premiere, I split each of those into about 5 2 second videos, and alternated them, and added music. It's not anything over the top, just me getting used to it. thehoe92
good first try with premiere. I have always found the adobe line of editing software to be a little confusing. you might want to try the trail version of Sony Vegas. and if you have any questions about editing feel free to PM me I've been doing it for a while. My cousin has Vegas 8.0 Pro, and we agreed that if I got Premiere, I could use his whenever, he could use mine whenever. and btw, I have Premiere Pro CS4. I have used Vegas a few times before, and personally, I think there are just about on the same level of functionality, it just depends on the user. And I just realized, I have some shaky ass hands. thehoe92
from now on make your footage steadier DO NOT ever use a steadicam filter they end up looking like shit and most of the time zoom way in on the footage in order to get rid of unwanted shake. Vegas was very easy for me to understand and it was the only "free" program I could use before I got my mac that was able to capture and edit HD footage so I stuck with it. premiere was daunting when I was first beginning but that was before I knew anything about final cut pro because they are essentially the same program. inm
Alright, so I've been messing around with Premiere again, and an idea popped in my head.. Right now, its nothing special, but its something I will be working more on in the future. It has nothing to do with car audio, but whatever... haha. This may not seem like it was a lot of work, but it was a bitch to line up the beginning of the song with right moment when the shoes hits the ground. Even then, I don't quite have it where I want it... lmao. Anyway, I'll be doing more to this in the future in my free time... ---------------- Now playing: Eminem - My Darling (Bonus Track) via FoxyTunes ---------------- Now playing: Eminem - My Darling (Bonus Track) via FoxyTunes Quote On 2/28/2013 at 2:52 PM, Chaise said: "Now spread your butt cheeks so I can zap your asshole." 2008 Subaru Forester XT
1992Chevy K1500
Looks good man. I used to do vid editing on the side a while ago, but haven't in a while. I know how hard it is to get a song to line up with the vid.
