I had a box similar to yours with 4 Type R 12s. I had 2 facing up and 2 firing the rear with the port in between the 2 firing the rear tune to 28Hz. I pounded, but not as hard as my 2 FI Q18s!!! LOL!!!

it is ridiculously clean and loud bass. sounds amazing. JL makes a great quality sub with excellent SPL and SQ. i am very happy with what i have spent my money on.

On another note. I am looking out for you when I say don't go beating around school and stuff. I am telling you. That alarm won't stop someone who really wants your stuff. I have a 1,100.00 dollar Viper on my truck. My six mtx 12's disappeared last year along with my three amps and capacitor and radar and head unit. Be careful bro. Look at Steve. His civic got raided in his own driveway. Alarms won't stop thieves. It may deter them for a while. But eventually if they want in...They will get in. Not flaming. Just looking out for you.

and yeah i understand ya. i would be sooo pissed if my shit got yanked. and i appreciate ya lookin out for me too man. i know you know by experience that it sucks for some bullshit to happen. The people i showed it to at school are all really close friends who i hang out with outside of school. so no worries there.
