Tahoe System Rebuild 2009 is ALL BUT FINISHED and PLAYING!!!! UPGRADE to RF P2 8's 12/08/2009!

Recommended Posts

will the heat of the glass distort the plastic door panel? it looks great but you will need to reinstall the door and if it warps because of the heat it won't be fun. :search:

the "heat of the glass" will only be a problem if i mix my resin too hot - and i wont. It shouldnt warp if done correctly and this will be my third set with no warpage.....so good lookin out but i got it handled :)

Are those "fillers" used to keep resin out of the mounting holes?

I would think keeping resin out would be relativley easy, looks to me like the blanks keep the fleece tight more than anything. but I have yet to glass anything so I don't know for sure.

ive always wondered, what does the pigment do other than change the color? if anything

I know with cars when they do body work they will prime the car then start sanding so they can tell where the low spots are. not sure if thats why he does it but thats just my guess
