Are they resting at the right voltage? If so I would say there is either a wiring issue or something up with your alt. Are you on a stock alt? What kind of wire did you use from front batt to back?

Yeah the batteries sit at 12.4 & 12.7 when I got them. The alt is stock for a while until I get a job agian, & the wire is knukoncepts KLMX 1/0. Heres a picture, but a few things have changed I ditched the ground block & bolted the grounds to the bed, on the bottom side of the bed I added a ground strap fromthe same bolt to the frame, so my batteries are indirectly grounded to the frame.

Big 3 isnt done in this pic but you can see that I did it.

I would recheck your grounds just to check, then...idunno. Maybe your front batt is bad? Did you have a big voltage drop just off the front batt?

Yeah, it was dropping into the 8's.

moving to the battery section...

not sure what the problem is...but i would not ground to the bed...i would go thru the bed and ground to the frame of the truck

Sorry, thanks for moving. I didnt really ground it to the bed, more like I used a bolt to transfer the ground through the bed, on the backside of the bolt I have a ground strap. I should have taken a pic but didnt. Only one battery is hooked up right now, & its helping bc my voltage doesnt go below 10 now but stinger says 1 of these can support 3400 watts. I only have 4400 watts rms @ 14.4 volts. so I probably have 3000 watts maybe. Idk.

I got it bc I needed a long run of wire 7 & the flex was twice the price. I used flex to connect the batteries & also ran it into the cab, it is awesome wire without a doubt.
