"Alrite well i finnally got my first car, and im getting my lisence oct 21 :) but im looking for a sick system and accesories i can add to the ride"

What I would do first is .......

Learn how to concentrate on the road !

And then get a system...

no offense ! ( do not take it the wrong way !)

but a 16 or 17 yr old messing with a stereo is worse than texting !

yea crutchfield is like the highest place to buy online.

www.onlinecarstereo.com

www.woofersetc.com

www.sonicelectronix.com

i would try one of those ^

what i would really suggest is just hang around the forum for a couple months and learn what is good and what is garbage then you know what you really should spend your money on.

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?

X2, my biggest regret was not saving up for my first system and spending 300 bucks on crap, I'm 10x happier with my one 10" DC than I was with my two kicker 12's

Unless that 17 yr. old has been around sound systems since 12 yrs. old and driving since 13 then you can :8) ,

but until you have more experience wait at least a few months and save some money for the good stuff you won't wanna replace later.

I like Crutchfield for buying head units cause they will include dash kits for free and stuff. As well as nice install sheets, and tell you what wiring harnesses you need.

Subs though, I was blinded by them for my first setup and spent 1.2k for so much less beat than I coulda gotten. Thank God I was able to send it back, 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked.

SUCCESS is a decision, NOT a dream. You have to name the price you are willing to pay to get it.
