what subs to get?$400 budget

i have a 99 eclipse ,i just want to know what subs to get,this is the max space i have 33 1/2 width x19 deep x 16.5 height ,i was thinking 1 15",or 2 12" i want it loud,im going to be powering the subs with a RF T2000.

A buddy of mine had 3 12" Eclipse and a DD amp...........it was nasty and banged around 50-60hz. You will be running more power with the T2000.

What kind of music do you listen to and what hertz do you want to stay around?

go loud for cheap. the 15" will work, or go with the 12". but you cannot fit the 18 in about 4.5cuft worth of space.

subs or 1 sub good enough if its within your price range? look for a DD 3500, or a used AA Mayhem

I put a RE SE 15" in my brother 97 eclipse gsx on a t10001bd tuned at 34hz......that thing beat for such little power and only a single 15.

*for my sub suggestions here* if your gonna go with DC, you can tune that low and have it sound real good. but if you go with AQ, you gotta tune to about 37-40hz. but their subs are designed so you can tune that high and still murder the lows like no other.

you gotta email them or call them. but for tuning on the DD, i think its the same story as the AQ's. since they are technically the same company . family businesses ftw
