Best battery for up front?

Recommended Posts

I have a 2009 Mazda3i 2.0L and was wondering what the best battery for my application would be? I'm thinking a 51 group going off of the dimensions, but I'm not sure.

Also, what would be the best supplement battery to use to successfully power a 2500w system? I'm running the stock 90-100A alt and going to be purchasing a XSP starting battery soon.

Thanks everyone for the help.

i have been told that running too yellow tops is bad. reason i was given, "deep cycle battires like the yellow top , two togeather wont charge" says that too yellow tops take to long to charge, compared to a yellow top and a regural starting battire.

"""""DONT KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE JUST BEEN TOLD""""""""""

i

am not sure about 2 yellow tops in the back.

currently running 750.1 kicker thats ("underrated acorden to the birth sheet that came with it") 2 cvr 12s. with a voltage drop of no more then 2v stays above 13.5v for the most part.
