brewer_brewer
i think you would be fine with 1/2 inch by 2 inch. if you don't mind paying then get the copper, otherwise it will still work fine. eliassami5
i've had a long time question to this, if electrons are on the outside of a conductor, wouldnt buss bars conduct far worse than 1/0 wire with the thousands of strands in it? i believe only AC current runs on the outside of the conductor, DC current runs through the conductor thats why buss bars are so effective. 91' Jeep Cherokee - The Heep Just Empty Every Pocket 96' Volvo 960 - The B◘x [sPL_4_U] HiFonics - Alpine Pioneer - Clarion Infinity - Kicker KnuKonceptz
lanman31337
As far as the aluminum vs copper, most of your house entrance cables are aluminum. It's much cheaper, they just go two wire sizes up than you would normally for copper. 2 - Audiopipe AP30001Ds 1 - Lanzar Opti Scion 600.4 4 - Lanzar Optidrive 1232D's 1 - Lanzar Opti 5.1 1 - Lanzar Opti 6.1 1 - Lanzar Opti 6C midbass 1 - Alphasonic PCT6551 1 - Lanzar VX830 1 - JBL 22 band EQ 1 - Lanzar SDBT75NU 1 - AudioControl Epic160

Bigg Boy
yea I made a dumb move tho. I ordered .5" thinking that my bolts on the battery where at least .75". Well turns out they where .5" so I drill the hole for the bolt, then used a step up bit and made it so the nuts are sunk into the bus bars about half way, just enough to get a socket on them.
