so ive come to a dilemma...I wanna finally finish the truck just so I can enjoy it without worrying about rebuilding to get louder. Im looking to either wall 6 DD3512s at the b-pillar on approx 12kw or clamshell 8 15s. The truck is a 01 4door chevy blazer. Any input, comments, concerns, suggestions. All feedback is welcome. This is my final build on the truck and I wanna do it right and go big.

I would go with a clamshell with the 8 15's. #1 its more cone area which is louder already. 2nd the Clamshell is more efficient of an enclosure than a wall. just my .02

Depends on whether you wanna put in the work it takes to build the clamshell and make it sound good. A wall is definitely going to be alot easier to build.

now the question becomes....do I wanna try and stick with DD equipment, which may cost a little more in the end or try and maybe go back to memphis. Im kinda interested to try out their new C3 woofers

Me? No I have never done any builds with 15's.... yet.

I forget the guys name on this board that had a nice clamshell with 6 15's from the land down under. I am sure someone will chime in and help my forgetful ass.
